Slimkicker challenge

So I started using this new site called slimkicker.  It’s pretty awesome. It’s like a game and you can earn points and level up. I don’t use the specific nutritional features it gives me (such as calories I should eat per day, fats, proteins, etc.) because I feel like it’s not accurate or good for me. That’s my personal taste.
Another feature is you can log what you eat for points and what exercises you do to level up. After each level, you can reward yourself.  There is one feature I really like…

I like the challenges section.  Here you can join a challenge for points and for self improvement. They have a variety of challenges such as doing X amount of wall squats per day, substituting soda for a week, no snacking after dinner, etc.  And you can check in each day to earn more points and post your progress.

The challenges I’m currently doing are simple but essential, at least essential to me.  One is to drink 8 glasses of water a day and this is a 30 day challenge.  The other challenge is to write whatever has been stressing me out for the day. So not only does it help with the physical health, but also the emotional.

Speaking of my written challenge… school has been a major emotional challenge for me. Just even getting the courage to go back to class but I know I can do it. I’ll try my best to do so tomorrow. After tomorrow morning, I think I’ll be okay for the rest of the semester. :)

Fear is my greatest inhibitor, but I’m getting better each day. :)

Can anyone give me some advice?

Does anyone have experience with weight watchers?
What is it, exactly?
Is it expensive?
Does it work?
What’s better, online or weekly meetings? I feel like I would be more dedicated if I went to the meetings.

I’m considering (and was recommended by my doctors) to start weight watchers.

I appreciate your input. :)

Follow Tastefully Offensive, it’s a hilarious blog

Confession: I started to eat nutella and vanilla ice cream earlier because I’m: stressed, bored, sad.

Tomorrow is Wednesday

Which means I’ll have a lab to do, a midterm to take, and work to go to. But I’ll steal a step on the scale and see if I’ve gone down in weight.

Lets see.
